There are many Travel/Air Warriors out there who do what you do and what I did for many years. Like you when I was averaging 100K miles per year traveling around the world I oftened asked myself why the Hell am I doing this and many times I answered myself as you have - I am good and what I do and I make a difference. Your Fraternity Brothers Respect and Love You for what you do and how you do it. You make a difference in young men's lives and show them that by being a part of something bigger than themselves and the bonds that they make last a lifetime. I've said this before that we all make acquaintances as we go through life but we only make a few true friends. Yes, you are gone a lot right now but I believe you are setting the foundation for sometime bigger that will allow you to be home much more and spend time with your beautiful daughters and your outstanding and supportive wife.
ReplyDeleteYeah--what Dan said. The reason we sold HA was because of an epiphany I had at 1:35 AM in the airport in Atlanta =Ask me about it sometime.
ReplyDeleteAnother thing--being away from your family sucks--pure and simple! Then you realize most of us have no choice--so what the hell. Keep up the good work if I ever win the lottery==you will not have to travel and Patrick will not have to worry. We know my great luck with that stuff--right?
